Fall Weekends at Snipes Farm

There is so much to do at Snipes Farm every Saturday and Sunday through October 29! 

Check out our Farm Museum, take a hayride out to our orchard to visit the pumpkin patch or pick apples, visit with our barnyard animals, explore our Forest-themed Corn Maze. Visit our Cider Barn where you can purchase fresh-pressed apple cider, pies, candy and caramel apples, and apple cider doughnuts! In October, our Food for Thought Cafe will be serving up organic hot dogs, organic coffee, pickles-on-a-stick, and more!

All proceeds from our Fall Weekends support Snipes Farm and Education Center's mission to model and teach sustainable farming while building community and reconnecting people to the land.

Admission is $8 per person, ages 2 and up.

Open September 23 - October 29

Saturdays from 9am - 6pm

Sundays from 10am - 5pm


Pumpkinfest with Pumpkin Picking, Shady Brook Farm

Fall is our favorite time of year around here…come join in the harvest at PumpkinFest!

Fun includes wagon rides to the apple orchard (when in season) &/or pumpkin patch, apple picking, pumpkin picking, a Johnny Appleseed-themed corn maze, jumping pillows, inflatable attractions, the ALL NEW Sports Challenge and lots more festival fun. Last wagon ride leaves at 4pm, field closes at 5pm. Admission is $16/person, pyo apples are $1.29/lb., pyo pumpkins are $0.69/lb.

Tahkoken Lenape Fall Festival, Churchville Nature Center

Tahkoken is the Lenape word for Fall.
Join us in the Churchville Nature Center's Lenape Village will we celebrate Fall!
Learn about Lenape life in the 1500's. A family friendly event; come in and wander at your own pace. Our educators will be throughout the village and offering hands on demonstrations.
Try making fire using the fire bow, taste a sample of a typical dinner stew you might have been served 500 years ago, make a corn husk game to take home, learn to twist leaves and grasses into rope and make a necklace for yourself or a friend!

Frank Sinatra Tribute Show at the Newtown Theatre

Vocal impressionist Tony Sands will bring Frank Sinatra back to the stage on October 29 at the Newtown Theatre. 
The show starts with Sinatra’s early days with Tommy Dorsey in New York City and later puts attendees in Madison Square Garden for his comeback.
Sands’ uncanny portrayal of Sinatra’s mannerisms and voice will make you think Ol’ Blue Eyes walked off the screen and onto the stage of the Newtown Theatre.

Join us for a haunted ghost tour and whiskey tasting!

We will stop at 6 different supernatural sites, the first five of which will include its own terrifying tale and complimentary whiskey pairing! Our sixth and final stop will be at the old paper mill…Triumph Brewery! Here, after chilling your spine, we will attempt to soothe your unease with a Halloween craft cocktail!

For those that are not yet aware, the streets of New Hope are notoriously haunted - quite possibly the most haunted town in America!

Each whiskey is thoughtfully paired with each of the six haunted sites on the tour.

General Admission $16.00
Admission on to the Festival Field to enjoy the music and bonfires, does not include any haunted attractions.
